I went to #Blizzcon!

The outdoor line to get into the event sucked. Full bodysuit #cosplay with multiple foundation layers, under the Anaheim sun for two hours was too much.

Good things, though: My 3D-printed shoulder armor, held in place by magnets attached by bandaids to my skin, held true all day, as well as my sparkly D.Va tennis-shoes. I required the use of a neck fan thingie all weekend for airflow, but it looked allright with the cosplays.

I excitedly ran up to a buncha other cosplayers seeking selfies, all were excited to snap shots, so that was fun. I suck at posing.

I loved playing as #D.Va all day, the bodysuit was actually quite comfortable and my lightweight headphone prop was invisible to me. I think I chipped my shoulder armor print by checking someone in the crowds, but oh well. D.Va "war paint" bunny whiskers was drawn on with eyeliner pen, which worked all day without worries.

Sunday was #Overwatch World Cup day, I went as #Mercy, a little worried about my wings smacking people. But screw 'em, Mercy rules. Tight boots led to my feet just checking out, no pain, but no graceful walking, lol.

Overwatch esports stadium arena was awesome. I loved the audience energy; to be in the middle of it, dressed as my two favorite characters, cheering amazing plays, celebrating and stuff, and the beautiful live production was perfect. Staging, lighting, music, the casters... a dream come true to be there IRL.
